Step onto the spacious 300 m² wooden terrace, fully enclosed and surrounded by lush greenery, and feel completely immersed in nature and privacy — the perfect setting to unwind in the jacuzzi, enjoy an al fresco meal, or simply soak in the serenity of the island.

Villa exterior
Benefiting from the island’s exceptional microclimate, you can start enjoying the villa’s outdoor areas from March onwards.
To make the most of the villa’s large flowered terrace, you’ll find everything you need at your disposal: garden tables and chairs, an outdoor lounge set, deck chairs, sun loungers, and a gas barbecue/plancha.
The jacuzzi, one of the villa’s highlights, is included in the rental price from April to October. You can relax in the warm water while admiring the surrounding beauty. During the winter months, from November to March, the jacuzzi is available as an optional extra at €25 per day, allowing you to enjoy this touch of luxury even in the cooler season.
Imagine yourself unwinding on a sun lounger, savoring the tranquility of the setting or sharing warm moments with your loved ones, all while enjoying magical outdoor moments.
You’ll also find outdoor games (such as Mölkky, beach rackets, etc.) and seven bicycles (including one with electric assistance) available for your use, under your full responsibility. They are loaned free of charge, without any guarantee regarding their condition. We kindly ask that you return them in the same condition as you found them.
THE VILLA
The ground floor
On the ground floor, you will discover a modern, fully equipped kitchen — complete with oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and more — perfectly designed for sharing delicious moments together.
This bright and spacious area opens onto a refined living and dining room, creating a welcoming and elegant atmosphere for gathering with family or friends. From the window, admire the captivating sea view, a reminder of the villa’s exceptional setting.
You will also enjoy the comfortable TV lounge and the library corner, ideal for quiet reading or moments of relaxation.
A separate restroom is conveniently located on this level.
In the garden, a dedicated laundry room, equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, is at your disposal throughout your stay, adding a touch of practicality to your comfort.
1st floor and 2nd floor
All bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs.
On the first floor, you will find a spacious 30 m² master suite featuring a queen-size bed (160 cm), a private bathroom and toilet facilities. The suite also includes a large built-in wardrobe and a desk, ideal for guests wishing to work remotely.
From here, you can enjoy breathtaking sea views, a true invitation to serenity.
The duplex family suite is perfect for families. It features a queen-size bed (160 cm) and two single beds (80 cm) on the mezzanine level, along with its own private bathroom and toilet. This two-level layout ensures comfort and privacy for everyone.
Also on this floor, you’ll find a third bedroom that can accommodate two guests, furnished with either a queen-size bed (160 cm) or two single beds (80 cm), according to your needs. This room, ideal for friends or children, includes a desk and offers lovely views of the garden and the sea.
Finally, on the second floor, a charming attic bedroom accommodates two guests, with the same bedding flexibility — either a queen-size bed or two single beds. Nestled under the eaves, this “room under the stars” exudes warmth and coziness, making it a truly enchanting retreat.
All bedding is of premium hotel quality, ensuring restful nights in total comfort.
On the first-floor landing, there is also a shared bathroom for the two additional bedrooms, equipped with a shower and toilet.
